Our mugs are low fired, which makes them scratch and dishwasher resistant, and ideal for everyday promo use. Some dishwasher tablets contain chemicals that can be corrosive to print finishes. To gain the longest possible life from the print, we recommend washing by hand.
Lead time is from confirmation of artwork approval. Lead time refers to dispatch, final delivery time will depend on location and type of courier used.
