UPLOAD FILES

Dear Customer:
Files relating to orders placed on the web may be sent once the purchase process has been completed. You have three options to send your files:

        1. Files up to 16MB: Sending an email to info@printplanr.com and indicating in the Subject your order number.
        2. Files up to 25MB: From the section Send files, located in the header of the website. Once the document is loaded, press "Send confirmation" to finish the process. It is necessary to have logged in.
        3. Files up to 1500MB (1.5G): By WeTransfer to info@printplanr.com, indicating in the Message your order number. Visit the Help Center section and select File Creation to know the supported formats.
